Black-Gold 16th Century Nobleman
Features pickadil doublet with buttonloop front closure, two
sets of tie-on sleeves, jerkin with tie-on hanging sleeves, and half-circle
cape with collar.
All garments are fully lined and interlined
and feature metal aiglets on sleeve ties, hand-beaded trim on the doublet
sleeves and collar, and cape collar.
This garment was worn by Michael Neeley in the role of the Duke of Buckingham
in the American Globe Theatre spring 1998 production of "The Three Musketeers."
