Plumed Tricorne - High cocked black tricorne with an approximately 5 1/2" wide brim and 4 1/2" tall rounded crown, finished off with your choice of gold or silver metallic lace on the brim and either white or black ostrich plumes which are hand curled and placed around the crown of the hat with feather tips falling out through the corners. Superior quality fur felt which is custom sized. Hats available in black, dark brown, medium brown (pecan), tan and grey. Hat also available in red. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. $235. Bicorne- Another popular 17th century style hat was the bicorne, which features a 5 1/4" wide brim with a slight peak at the center front with the back brim tied up flat against the crown. The brim is edged with a metallic lace trim. Superior quality fur felt which is custom sized. Your choice of either gold or silver trim.
